Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges & Cancellations:

✿ All Sales are final and there are no refunds. Exchanging can be done excluding sale items, before buying please be sure to read the product descriptions before finalizing payment. Exchanges are only made if the item has not been shipped yet.

✿ Once package is received please contact me within 5 days if item is defective or is missing and submit your claim via email. If item is defective submit a photo for me to verify. I’m happy to send out a replacement if within reason of the claim that has been filed. However I do not except returns of the product as of yet. Please be mindful I am aware of how a product can be damaged intentionally and unintentionally.

✿ I reserve the right to not accept a refund without a valid reason especially considering miniature bouquets are labelled as fragile, I am not responsible of giving a replacement if the product has been damaged by the buyer.
